Get weather is the state of the atmosphere, defining as an example the degree to which it is warm or cold, damp or dry, calm or stormy, clear or overcast.
When you look outside you will be able to observe the condition of the atmosphere. The condition of the atmosphere gives a hint regarding the kind of weather that you will experience for the day. The condition may change within a short period of time, sometimes in a matter of minutes and sometimes in a matter of hours or days. Weather can be classified as sunny, windy, cloudy, rainy, snowy, or stormy. They are factors that affect the weather: the air temperature pertains to the hotness or coldness of air at any given time. When the air temperature is high it may tell you that you will experience sunny weather. When the temperature is low it may mean that the weather will be cloudy, windy, rainy, or stormy. Another factor that affects the weather is the presence of clouds. Clouds are suspended in the sky and are made up of tiny particles of water or ice or a mixture of water and ice. Clouds can be classified into three distinct groups: higher-level clouds, mid-level clouds, and low-level clouds. Higher-level clouds are formed above 20000 feet and they are made up of ice crystals. Mid-level clouds are found between 6000 and 20000 feet. They are made up of water droplets, ice crystals, or a combination of the two. Low clouds are found below 6500 feet and normally consist of liquid water droplets.
